We are located at 2929 Salem Ave, Davis, CA 95616. Woodland is 10 miles north of Davis, while Sacramento is around 13 miles east of Davis. Our treatment facilities are near a country club and lake where program attendees can go swimming, participate in sports or enjoy time in nature.

We treat anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and BPD. We serve young and older adults, couples, and non-English speakers.

We use a combination of evidence-based therapies and holistic activities. Our therapies include: CBT, DBT, Family Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and Group Therapy. Our holistic activities cover yoga, meditation, art therapy, and fitness activities.

The average length of stay with us is 45 days. However, the time can vary depending on your mental health needs and goals. We tailor our treatment to each person to ensure that your outcomes are as healthy as possible.
